Give Me Neutrality or Give Me Death

Tim Berners-Lee has a very succinct post about Net Neutrality.  It's amazed me the crazy disinformation the telcos and media companies have put out about it.  We already suffer from corporate control of internet access in the US.  In many other countries, broadband runs at around 10 meg.  At the US, Comcast asks us to worship them because of their blinding (and rarely available) 2 to 5 meg.

Now we are being threatened with degredation in service.  In other words, they want to degrade the operations of the internet and then get us to pay more to let us use the Internet that was already there.  If we're lucky.

Read TBL's post, it's nicely done.
