Tonight I posted a meal I created when the weather in Ocean Shores was getting frightful and I didn't want to grill. I ended up making up the meal at this post, which walks you through making Steak and Pacific Scallops with Chardonnay Scallop Butter Sauce.
The good news is now I can put tiny food posts into this blog and not annoy the people who are here for the juice tech stuff!
