I invite Jason to read my post again. I'm not upset because you are paying "little people" to participate in the conversation. I am noting that your business model is flawed and will result in less desireable social bookmarking.
Your pay-for-play rule scheme will encourage people to game your system by bookmarking everything they come into contact with - regardless of its quality or relevance.
You are going to destroy your own system by making it bloated, irrelevant, and known simply for paying 12 people to toss up a bunch of links. All for $144,000. That doesn't seem like a good trade to me.
