Many self help books recommend that you say something nice to someone every day. Doing this makes you appreciate some of the little things that people do for you that you might over look. Today, I am saying something nice about Zoho CRM.

I can bother Bopal when he is at home in the shower, when he is watching a cricket match or when he is at the office. I can bother him on his cell, toll free, via email or on a wiki.
That's pretty excellent all the way around. Open, honest, and accessible.
