Jim, I'm glad you enjoyed the event. Nancy's talk was pretty thought-provoking for me. I've started to think some kind of filtering (or, as Nancy and I discussed afterward, "social routing") is inevitable. If so, it means customers online will be even harder to reach and more selective about how they engage. An interesting challenge for marketers, worth getting ahead of sooner rather than later.
Keep an eye out for our next event--sometime this fall.
