Standing on Giants

This is a short video from Saturday morning. I've been hearing a lot from people with high constancy of purpose. They understand what they are doing and why.

Over the last several years, we've met hundreds who do not have this.

When we launch a Lean or other process initiative...when we tell people to continuously improve...we do them a disservice.

We all must understand why we are here.
